Job description
Belron is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead front-line associates and deliver world-class customer service at our Columbus location. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory control and loss prevention, ensuring safety and a professional store appearance.
You will motivate the team, provide coaching, handle customer inquiries and warranty issues promptly, and coordinate training on installation techniques and internal systems.
