Job description
Raptor’s is growing and we’re hiring Assistant Managers for multiple locations including Monticello, Heber Springs, Hot Springs, Sherwood, Cabot, and Little Rock. We’re seeking dependable leaders to support the Store Manager, lead teams on shifts, and deliver excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates are punctual, organized, and able to train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, ensure policy compliance, and maintain clean, well-stocked stores while providing a great customer experience.
