Job description
Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma, WA to lead daily store operations, supervise a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will model the Lids brand, ensure standards, and help create a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.
You will train and develop associates, assist with scheduling and tasks, manage inventory and POS operations, and drive sales while upholding policies.
