Job description
Our professional services client is searching for a Finance Lead to join their team full-time. Your primary responsibility is to provide valuable insights into the economic performance and financial health of clients, matters, and legal teams. This position may be eligible for a flexible working schedule, allowing for a hybrid and in-office presence. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
Job Description:
Apply project management principles to oversee firmwide financial projects and handle other complex financial requests as needed by department management.
Handle emails received through the team's shared inbox professionally and prioritize urgent requests. Ensure seamless handoffs with colleagues in different time zones.
Create and maintain standard tools for reporting and data analysis.
Maintain meticulous records documenting procedures, assumptions, methodologies, and information sources used during analytical tasks.
Requirements: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
Work independently to research, analyze, and develop financial information.
Possess strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deadlines.
Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' analytical experience in finance or accounting.
