Genesys is seeking an AI and Experience Orchestration Director to drive the native AI portfolio and engage senior leaders across enterprise accounts. You will shape AI use cases, lead workshops, and guide pilots while partnering with sales to advance opportunities.
With 10–12 years in software/AI, you will influence deal strategy and collaborate across marketing, product, and support teams to deliver customer-centric AI solutions at scale.
