Job description
ChildServe is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Johnston, Iowa, to lead the financial strategy and sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board, ensuring effective resource management while supporting the mission to provide high-quality healthcare services.
The CFO will perform strategic planning, oversee financial operations, and ensure compliance with regulations. A Master’s degree and significant experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors are required.
