Danone North America seeks a Chief of Staff to the Chief Research & Innovation Officer, acting as a strategic partner to the CRIO and the Executive team. This role accelerates initiatives, elevates leadership effectiveness, and drives enterprise-wide alignment across R&I priorities.
The ideal leader combines emotional intelligence with analytical rigor, manages complex initiatives, and represents the CRIO in critical meetings while guiding governance, performance, and transformation efforts.
