Job description
XRC Ventures is seeking a senior operator to act as the Managing Partner’s right hand, turning priorities into executable plans with clear ownership and deadlines. You will manage the fund's operating system, CRM, reporting cadence, and playbooks, coordinating across teams to keep projects moving on time.
You will support fundraising materials, investor communications, LP reporting, and portfolio analytics, while protecting the Managing Partner’s time and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
