Crusoe is seeking a Legal Counsel - Corporate to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel (AGC) – Finance and Corporate Development, this high-impact position operates at the intersection of corporate finance and strategic transactions.
You will be a member of a lean, growing team and a trusted advisor on some of the company’s most consequential work, including major corporate- and project-level debt financings and other strategic transactions for a well-funded technology
