Job description
Generac is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead the Power Generation finance organization. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and working capital management while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for senior leadership.
The role requires strong U.S. GAAP expertise, strategic partnering across engineering, operations, and supply chain, and the ability to develop a high-performing team of four. This is an on-site leadership position in Wisconsin.
