Job description
Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Director of Event Management to lead the events team and oversee planning, coordination, and execution of group, catering, and social events across the resort.
The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, drives guest satisfaction, and achieves financial and service objectives in alignment with Westin standards. Candidates should have extensive leadership in hospitality events.
