Job description
Syngenta in Iowa is seeking a Golden Harvest Strategic Farm Partner to manage large grower relationships and act as the trusted advisor for 2,500+ acre accounts. This role focuses on commercial execution, relationship development, and tailoring solutions to fit each farm's needs.
You will travel within the territory, negotiate complex deals, leverage agronomy and digital tools, and help growers maximize yield and profitability by connecting them with the best Syngenta products and services.
