Job description
MCI is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Growth and Capture to lead and drive large-scale capture efforts across Federal and State, Local, and Education markets. You will shape strategies, build senior leadership relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to winning proposals.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years in capture management or business development, deep federal and SLED procurement knowledge, and exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
