Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks a visionary VP of People & Culture to partner with the CEO and leadership team, designing the people strategy across recruitment, development, retention, and rewards. You will own how we attract, grow, motivate, and hold great people accountable as we scale.
You will build scalable systems, lead the HR function, and ensure leadership development, performance, and learning align with business priorities and future growth, driving exceptional people outcomes.
