Job description
GlassRatner is seeking a strategic HR Director to lead human resources across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will partner with senior leadership to align talent, compensation, workforce planning, and employee engagement with business objectives.
Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and partnering with the PEO to manage payroll, benefits, and HR data. Travel to properties is expected.
