The Salvation Army’s Southern California Division is seeking a Divisional Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and provide expert consultation to officers and managers. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance across the division.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ in leadership, strong CA labor law knowledge, and credentials in HR.
