Job description
HR Works is seeking an HR Partner to support a diverse client portfolio across the Buffalo‑Rochester‑Syracuse region. The role requires hybrid work with three days per week in the Fairport office for Rochester-area candidates, and remote work with travel for Buffalo or Syracuse candidates.
The HR Partner serves as the main client contact, delivering HR services, guidance on policy and investigations, and leading projects to improve client outcomes and retention.
