Job description
Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. The HRBP collaborates with leaders to drive business strategy through HR, covering employee relations, counseling, corrective action, labor relations, performance management and engagement. Full-Time or 1.0 FTE (80 hours biweekly).
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 5+ years HR experience recommended; HR certification preferred.
