Job description
Green Bay Packaging seeks a Division Controller to partner with the General Manager and leadership team, driving profitable growth through strong financial leadership and operational insight. You will oversee accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and IT functions, while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support.
You will translate manufacturing activities into actionable financial insights, tie operational drivers to profitability, and influence decisions across the organization.
