Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs in the United States. You will drive long-term strategy, manage recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/SLAs are met, while strengthening partnerships with client HR and Operations teams.
You'll lead a team to grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and deliver client-centric solutions aligned with the client's business objectives.
