Job Description Job Description Structural Welders Needed in West Tulsa! Position Summary We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team. This role is responsible for welding structural steel components used in large-scale fabrication projects while ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with specifications. Candidates must be proficient in structural welding processes and capable of working from blueprints and weld symbols. Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and weld symbols
• Perform structural welds on beams, columns, and other steel components
• Utilize Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding processes
• Ensure welds meet structural codes and quality standards
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure structural integrity
• Maintain proper alignment and fit-up of structural components
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications • Proven experience as a structural welder or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Stick, MIG, and Flux-Core welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings
• Knowledge of weld symbols and structural welding techniques
• Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with heavy structural steel
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: $18-$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
