Student Data ManagerSalary: $23,785 base salary (salary based on verified previous full-time experience and education) Location: Darlington County Intervention School Available: 2026 - 2027 School Year *A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work FLSA Status: Non-ExemptQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required Strong typing skills required One (1) year computer experience required Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptablePrimary Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for gathering, analyzing, and inputting data; generating reports; preparing and processing a variety of documents and records; maintaining student records in designated software application; tracking student data and programs; maintenance of accurate attendance records for students; responding to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems Perform general office duties (i.e. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office Perform other duties as assignedA complete application packet must be submitted through the online application system prior to the closing date in order to be considered for this position.
