nWhat You'll Do:
nAs a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnnEngage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures

nnLearn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
n
nnAssist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
n
nnSupport residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
n
nnCollaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents
n
