Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor
Hourly Rate: $27.30
Job Overview
Full-time position requiring work on holidays and weekends, with first and second shift availability. US driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, cleanliness and address deficiencies.
Complete inventories of supplies, food, and liquor; check stock and requisition supplies.
Lead shifts and supervise scheduled associates.
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
Assist other departments to ensure optimal service to guests.
Ensure associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects.
Collaborate with management to formally recognize hourly associates’ performance contributions.
Provide hourly duties assistance to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs; interact professionally and promptly; contribute to team goals; always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
