Job description
Housing Management Program
Responsible for the broad management functions associated with the planning, management, administration, coordination and implementation of the housing management programs.
Directs the work of Housing office employees, plans and distributes work, sets priorities, and controls work accomplishment.
Inspects and evaluates community rental property against safety and habitability criteria to qualify properties for the housing referral program.
Conducts Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) data collection and reports submission.
Analyze and prepare statistical data for a variety of reports.
Serves as the organizational representative at installation-level meetings and at various conferences with local, federal, state and legal organizations to address community housing policies, trends and joint initiatives.
Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for management oversight.
