Job description
Cedars-Sinai's Samuel Oschin Cancer Center is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate care across the cancer treatment continuum. You will serve as a consistent point of contact for high‑risk patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help craft individualized care plans aligned with patient values.
