The Operating Room Manager will oversee an integrated perioperative program encompassing surgical services, operating room care, and post-op operations. The Manager of Surgical Services will report to senior clinical leadership and receive support from experienced hospital executives, friendly nurses, providers, technicians, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include directing daily operating room workflows, supporting perioperative and post-op staff, promoting quality and patient safety, managing staffing and resources , maintaining regulatory readiness, improving clinical processes, and encouraging a positive culture built on communication, accountability, and respect.
