Job description
As a Taco Bell Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.What you’ll do:Lead by example and support team members during shiftsProvide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as neededHelp ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environmentMonitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they ariseSupport training and coaching of team membersAssist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operationsWhat we’re looking for:Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)Previous food service or retail experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lead and support a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityPlease note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
