Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with over 160 locations worldwide, our team of over 3,500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission-critical services.Role OverviewHandles welding and fitting both mild steel and stainless steel, welding parts together using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes. Performs thermal cutting and grinding, repairing broken or cracked parts, filling holes, increasing the size of metal parts.Position ResponsibilitiesMust be able to utilize both MIG and TIGOrder and receive parts and supplies as neededAdheres to all established safety (OSHA) and environmental policies and standards to include identification, use, and proper procedures for handling or disposal of hazardous wastesClean, organize and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safetyAbility to wear a respiratorPerforms miscellaneous duties as assignedQualificationsPossess both welding and fitting skillsAbility to operate an acetylene torchRead and comprehend measurements, and job sheetsWorked in an industrial settingHigh school diploma or GEDWelding Certificate is a plus, but not requiredSalary: $25.00 to $30.00 pending experienceLocation: Cleveland, OhioDCI Benefits:Medical, dental and vision Insurance401(k) with generous employer matchPaid time off, including 10 paid holidaysOptional health savings account & flexible spending accountLife insuranceEmployee assistance programParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursement
