Location: Annapolis Junction, MD | Onsite Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $158,800-$170,000

What You'll Do

Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments

Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

Ensure compliance with contract and security standards

Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

Research, analyze, and report intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements.

Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.

Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.

Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.

Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.

Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.

Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.

Perform pre-release quality control functions.

What You Bring Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Experience supporting government or DoD programs

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.

Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.

Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.

Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.

A high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience.

An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.

A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.

A Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.

A Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)

Agile, cloud, or modernization experience

Background in process improvement or analytical services

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $158,800-$170,000 , dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
