Job description
MAP's tasting room in Bozeman, MT seeks a General Manager to lead a team of about 50 across FOH and Kitchen, drive guest experience, financial performance, and daily operations. You will shape service standards, oversee scheduling, and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure high beer and food quality.
You will coach managers, manage facilities and safety, and maintain strong communication across departments.
