EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director for the Employee Benefits Group to lead technical, strategic, and operational aspects of the employee benefits tax practice. The role serves as the firm’s senior authority on Sections 409A, 83(b), and 457, advising on executive compensation and retirement plan tax implications.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in EB taxation, leadership experience, and strong ERISA knowledge, with a track record in client management and business development.
