Job description
Search Services is seeking a Tax Director to oversee tax strategy, planning, compliance, and complex transaction support. You will work closely with principals, investment professionals, and outside advisors to optimize tax outcomes for partnerships, trusts, and private investments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tax, CPA certification, and strong communication skills to explain complex issues to executives and non-tax professionals.
A JD/LL.M. is a plus.
