Job description
Intuit is seeking a Tax Support Associate to help customers confidently use TurboTax and related financial products. In this role, you’ll answer tax and product questions, guide users through filing steps, and troubleshoot common software issues via phone, chat, or email. You’ll use Intuit’s tools and knowledge bases to research solutions, document interactions, and escalate complex cases.
