Flynn Arby's joined Flynn Group in 2018 with the acquisition of 300+ restaurants. Today we are the largest Arby's franchisee in the world and continue grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

nResponsibilities:
nnnPrepare and serve quality food products in a fast-paced environment
n
nnProvide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
n
nnMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen
n
nnFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
n
nnAssist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
n
nnCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
n
nnHandle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
n
n nRequirements:
nnnPrevious experience in the food/hospitality industry is preferred but not required
n
nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills
n
nnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
n
nnFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
n
nnMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
n

nTeam Member Compensation Range: Minimum Wage up to $16/hour; depending on location.
