Job description
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Technical Services) for the Americas West, onsite at the San Jose, CA campus. You will govern FM contracts, manage asset lifecycle plans, and partner with global teams to ensure safe, functional workplaces across multiple sites.
You will drive continuous improvements in service levels, manage budgets, and own business continuity plans for hard services while aligning with Cisco policies and stakeholder needs.
