Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Software Engineering or Technical recruiting.
Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and related technical positions.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Strong ability to assess technical talent and communicate effectively with engineering leaders.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within high-growth technology companies.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, technical skill sets, and engineering organizational structures.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and talent market analysis.
Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
