Job description
Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care with competencies in assessment, technical skills, and critical thinking. A BSN optional path is outlined and preceptorship is required within a year.
The role requires an Associate or Bachelor of Nursing with 1 year acute Med/Surg Tele experience; BLS and ACLS are required to practice. Sign-on bonus available up to $25,000.
