Job description
USA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care and act as Charge Nurse when assigned. You will supervise staff, adhere to policies, and ensure accurate documentation and patient education.
Responsibilities include CPR, infection control, and coordination with physicians and families. Alabama licensure and BCLS are required, with NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days.
