Job description
Samford University’s Howard College of Arts and Sciences invites applications for an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication and Media. This 9-month, tenure-track position begins in August 2027 and includes a 24-credit-hour teaching load.
The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. (or ABD) in communication studies or a closely related field, with the ability to teach interpersonal communication, quantitative research methods, and organizational communication, plus an active research agenda
