Job description
Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a growing medical device organization focused on improving diabetes management and patient care.
This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing and growing business within physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of sales success, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage and grow a territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals
Identify and develop new business opportunities within physician offices and clinics
Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management solutions and their clinical value
Drive product adoption and achieve or exceed territory sales goals
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and local market
Manage the sales process from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing account development
Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and drive continued growth
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Medical sales experience strongly preferred
Diabetes knowledge or previous experience within the diabetes space is a significant plus
Experience selling into physician offices, clinics, or healthcare providers preferred
Strong territory management and business development skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
