Job description
Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke, MA seeks an Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for adults and older adults. In this role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented framework. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to coordinate care, manage risk, and support safe transitions.
