nn Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team! As an RRT, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients with respiratory disorders or deficiencies. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, administer therapies, and monitor patient responses. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.n

n n Responsibilities:n n

n n Assess patients' respiratory conditions and perform diagnostic testsn

n Develop and implement respiratory care plans based on patient assessmentsn

n Administer respiratory therapies and treatments, such as oxygen therapy, bronchodilator administration, and chest physiotherapyn

n Monitor patients' responses to therapies and make adjustments as necessaryn

n Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease managementn

n Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plansn

n Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient recordsn

n Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulationsn

n n n Requirements:n n

n n Associate or bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related fieldn

n Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)n

n Active licensure in the state you are applying ton

n 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapistn

n Strong communication and customer service skillsn

n Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment and technologyn

n Ability to work independently and as part of a teamn
