Job description
Enigma Search in the Bay Area seeks a TMF Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead strategy, governance, and inspection readiness across the clinical development portfolio. You will partner with QA, Regulatory, and CROs to ensure complete, accurate TMFs from trial start to close.
The role requires 6+ years in clinical operations or TMF management, hands-on experience with eTMF platforms such as Veeva Vault eTMF, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA requirements.
