Job DescriptionTooling Engineer

Responsibilities:
\ N Manage injection mold design, development, procurement, and approval.
\ N Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
\ N Review product and molddesigns to identify manufacturability issues and cost-saving opportunities.
\ N Manage APQP activities,project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
\ N Perform mold design reviews and oversee mold modifications and production release.
\ N Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

Requirements:
\ N Experience with plastic injection molding, mold design, mold making, and plastic materials is required.
\ N Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
\ N Hands-on experience setting up, running, and interpreting Mold Filling Analysis (MFA).
\ N Knowledge of APQP, GD&T, and project management.
\ N 6+ years of experience in injection molding, tooling, and engineering.
