Job description
PRMI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader). You will continue originating while building a high-performing team, with processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support provided.
This role rewards top producers who can recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, grow the branch P&L, and maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents and builders. On-site position with no travel; base salary plus commission and sign-on bonus.
