Judi Health is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs. You will partner with the CHRO and executive team to design data-driven programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance.
In this role you will oversee annual compensation cycles, governance, and vendor relationships, manage budgets, and translate market insights into scalable total rewards strategy supporting Judi Health's growth in a hybrid US work
