Training Developer (OCS Training Development)Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast-growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies. SFS is looking for a Training Developer (OCS Training Development) -Mid/Senior Location: On Site Fort Lee VA (Potential CONUS/OCONUS Travel)Position OverviewWe are hiring a Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. This role uses the ADDIE process to build modern, effective training solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze training needs and recommend course development or revisionsDevelop individual and collective training tasksSupport Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB)Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI)Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverablesMaintain training workload data and projectionsReview and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materialsQualificationsActive Secret clearanceBachelor's degree required4–6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent)Experience with TRADOC training development processesExperience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools)Strong writing and instructional design skillsPreferredExperience in Operational Contract Support (OCS)Familiarity with TRIMIS or similar systemsSFS is an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, on-the-job injury, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief.
