Remote from US
Are you a Transmission or Power Systems Engineer looking to work on large-scale, high-impact projects with real career progression and long-term growth?
On offer is a technically challenging role where you’ll lead critical planning studies, influence major infrastructure decisions, and gain exposure to multi-state projects with strong progression opportunities.
This is an opportunity to join a well-backed, fast-growing organisation with a reputation for hiring top talent and empowering engineers to take ownership. You’ll be working alongside experienced industry leaders in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas genuinely shape outcomes.

The Role
Carry out power flow, contingency (N-1), and system planning studies on major transmission projects
Support interconnection studies and influence technical decision-making
Work on long-term planning strategies and future grid scenarios
Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and senior stakeholders
Clear progression into senior/lead positions as the team grows
