Compassionate Cna For Resident TransportationWe are looking for a compassionate CNA who can drive our bus for resident transportation to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.ResponsibilitiesMust have a valid license to drive and accompany our residents to/from appointments in facility busProvide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eatingHelp with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryQualificationsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related dutiesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsPrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)Willingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a CNATake pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
